Hubby and I were discussing the lovely viruses going around and how because of the internet, tv, etc. we can easily hear about every little outbreak in the whole world. And how when we were little there wasn't all this "news" that was instant. Anyway, there have always been these viruses around, right? My question is: We know that bacteria can get stronger and become almost immune to the antibiotics if they are abused, but how about viruses?? Do they become stronger as well? They aren't treated with antibiotics, so one would think that maybe they change somewhat, but hopefully they are similar to when we were all young. I just want the assurance that the sv isn't becoming stronger or worse. I always thought it was a 24 hour thing, but now you hear about people saying it's the worst, lasts for days, etc. SO what do you all think??
