I have been on calcium for a while now...and it helps alot...but does make me constipated so i have to watch and adjust my dosage...i take the viactive chews though.....they are good and not too expensive...i also think though it has other things in it that may upset my stomach a little...i can never tell....it seems that when i do take it my stomach gets a little ache in it....but then again my stomach is so weird that it hurts alot anyway so i never know if it's the calcium or what...Kate

I take the Viactiv chews too. I was taking two a day but they were way to constipating. So now I take one a day.

I don't find that they do anything for my IBS symptoms though.
