    Default Hot and sicky help!

    I've just got over the flu and I'm back at work but I kep getting hot and feel really sick where I'm still sniffly but now I'm worried about eating or drinking :/ I'm so scared I'm gonna be sick

    Do you have drainage? Maybe that is making you feel queasy and/or maybe you pushed it and went back to work too soon. Get some rest and I hope you feel better!

    Try to take a lot of deep breaths! Maybe you are going back and forth with a fever, which is not a bad thing, I believe it means that when you are sweating, you are breaking your fever....There is nothing worse than having the flu and getting better, only to have our studid fear of Ving to show its ugly head...UGH

    I hope you feel better soon. Can you get a cool rag to wipe your face with every now and then...might make you feel fresh

    Thankyou I'm feeling a bit better. I work in retail so I get really paranoid about germs and stuff so I think I worried more at work today cos I was still under the weather and making me more prone to germs. Once I got home I felt so much better think I'm just worrying. Thanks for replying
