Hey,
So my name is Alex, I'm 18 and I'm currently in College doing my A-Levels. (Well I'm in when i'm not panicking!)
I have suffered with this phobia for years and in the past year it really has taken controll. I am currently undergoing CBT which I find is wise in what it says but very hard to put into practice. Last night I had the worst panick attack Ive ever had, I was convinced I was going to V because i'd been feeling sick all day. I still have a sicky feeling and a sore stomach.
I guess what Im ranting on about it, how do you cope? What coping mechanisms work for you best? I thought we could all share and see which helps us the most. xx
