I really don't mind the flying itself, it's the possibility of having to use an airplane bathroom. My stomach was killing me all day yesterday and I am pretty sure it was just from hunger. But it hurt so bad that I didn't want to eat. So this morning my stomach was making some really weird gurgling noises, but the pains were gone and I did feel hungry. I just ate a plain bagel with nothing on it, and my stomach is feeling crappy. It's probably just my IBS because it usually does this when I haven't eaten for a while and then I start to eat again. But there are some other things that area little more unusual:
1) I have been really crampy all morning. I was really cramping earlier, almost felt like I was going to start my period, but then it went away and now it's back again.
2) Since I ate I've been really gassy (which is actually normal for me with the IBS) but *this is kind of gross* it is juicy. I went to the bathroom because I thought I was going ot have d*, but it was really just gas with a little liquid mixed in. Is that the start of d*? Afterwards I felt fine, but about 10 minutes later it started again.
I have to leave for the airport in about 2 hours. I am scaredI am going to get thrown into a really bad IBS attack. Being nervous about it is making it worse! Any advice?
