It's been floating around Pinterest since last year that 100% Welch's Grape juice helps to prevent tummy bugs. Something about it creating an unfriendly environment in your tummy for the virus. Just by drinking 1 or 2 glasses a day (maybe a few more if knowingly exposed) will prevent it or mild out your case a LOT if you DO catch it. I stayed over my boyfriend's for Xmas eve, and Wednesday night he started V*ing with a flu and was sick until Friday. I spent Sunday til this morning with him.
I asked if he cleaned the bathroom and he said yes, but there was a VERY noticeable ring around his toilet! (boys!) He did change his sheets and all though. I was careful about washing my hands but caught it anyway. It hit me last night. . .

But only lasted 5 hours and I didn't V*.

I've been drinking 10 oz of grape juice daily for the last 2 weeks (At first I got the 4 pack of lil bottles, then just got a gallon and refill the lil ones)
I also take 1 flintstones multi (yum)
Vitamin C
B complex
and Acidophilus.

So even though I DID catch it, it was quick and mild. So I'm thinking this works! I'm keeping it up the rest of the year. I do the extra vitamins and pro-biotics every year, and this is the first bug I've caught in YEARS - I don't even usually catch things from my boyfriend, who is sick so much it hardly bothers me anymore! lol.I also work as an orthodontic tech, so I spend a lot of time CLOSE to kids' mouths!

At first I HATED the grape juice, but I got used to it quick. It's REALLY good when it's really cold - I'll throw it in the freezer for a bit. Now I crave it, though! There's a 100% Grape/Cherry that I grabbed by accident. Don't know if it works as well (Maybe not, hence catching it! lol) but was delish!
