Hey I have just purchased the Emetophobia Recovery System. If I'm honest I thought it was a scam at first because of the way it was worded on their website, but I had a look on this forum and seen people say they have genuinely got their money back.

So far I'm enjoying it. It is not written by a professional, but I am really open to alternative therapies, so will be giving this my best shot. The programme requires you to do a lot of reading and to do the exercises thoroughly but if you're in the right frame of mind to positively start your recovery then it's worth a shot I say.
