My anxiety has been so much better lately. I don't think I've had a panic post in a month. But all day I've been feeling so off and out of it and queasy. I'm in bed trying to relax now but I started alternating between chills and being extremely hot. I got pretty nauseous and took a few Zofran and some probiotics and I'm having a peppermint, but I'm nervous because I'm so out of it and my mouth is watery and I just feel like total crap. It's real nausea, not anxiety. I don't know what to do.
