    Default My morning (graphic)

So...this morning I was doing fine until I sneezed. Whenever I sneeze and don't try to hold it back, one of my nostrils starts bleeding. Only one...And that bloody noses don't bother me. What bothers me is that when I coughed up some mucus, it was bloody. It didn't freak me out and didn't have a panic attack, it just made me uneasy. And whenever i'm really nervous, I get D*. And I did. But now i'm not as nervous cause I know don't have the sv*. Gonna go watch anime now. (at school)

Do you feel otherwise ok, respiratory-wise? Sometimes this can happen simply by your nasal passages getting too dried out. Make sure you're sufficiently hydrated.

Also, what anime do you like?

I agree with Antic Clay-- my nose bleeds sometimes when the air is too dry... Happens often in winter with heaters running all the time. I have a little humidity tester in my house, and when it's low, I put a big pot of water on the stove to boil/simmer. Add a few drops of lavender oil, and it does double duty-- moistens my nose/air passages AND is super calming .

Everyone else pretty much said the truth - really dry air, particularly in the winter, can cause nosebleeds. If you have a house that puts out what my Mom calls 'forest air', you're more likely to have nosebleeds. If you start to feel something more than just a normal nosebleed though you might just want to ask someone older and get some input from them.
