Lots of d* or constipation, cramps, general stomach pain, gas, bloating, stuff like that. Comes on after eating certain foods, being under a lot of stress. It's diagnosed by its symtoms when everything else is ruled out. Eg - tests are done for cancers, other diseases, etc. If nothing comes up on the test, the doctor will diagnose it as IBS, since there's no way for it to show up on any tests.
