I feel so horribly close to v*ing tonight. I felt nauseated this
morning but I thought it was just from my stomach being emtpy. I ate
some but didn't feel better until about lunch time. After that I felt
much better for a long time. I even decided that I was well enough to
eat jerk chicken and rice for dinner. I'm regretting it now though
because I feel like I'm moments away from v*.

    SORRY IF THIS IS GRAPHIC

My legs are quaking and my abdominal muscles feel tight. I'm just in
full panic here! My throat keeps getting tight and I feel like I'm
gagging. I'll occasionally burp and taste my dinner...does that mean
    I'm going to v*?

I don't know why I would. Dinner was six hours ago so it couldn't be
food poisoning, and I was worried about having an ear infection but I
went to the doctor today and she said there was no sign of infection.
It would have to be a sv then right?

I'm SO scared that I'm sick. I'm starting to feel like phantom (or
possibly not?) muscle aches. Is that from the panic attack or does it
    mean I have something?

I realize I may be somewhat annoying but please someone help if you can. I'd be forever greatful for any respose at all.

You're not annoying. It sounds like a panic attack to me. The burping dinner taste DOES NOT mean you will v*, certain spices and veggies and foods etc have that kind of after taste and affect but you won't be sick from it, it's just kinda gross. The gaggy feeling and aches in your muscles can be panic too. Do you have AIM or Yahoo Messanger? I will be on for a bit more if you want to chat. How are you doing now?? The spices in the jerk chicken would make you burp. The panic would make you shake and your throat gaggy. Tight stomach muscles are also a sign of panic. If you're still feeling this way, close your eyes, take some deep breaths, pretend that you're in your fave place in the world (for me, the beach). Sip some water. Breathe. You're okay.

I see you're offline... hope you're feeling better.Edited by: alongmoore

Panic, when it's really bad, ALWAYS makes me shake uncontrollably. I would say that this is one big panic attack. I would do just what alongmoore said: breathe, lay down, relax!!! Watch TV or visualize a place that you absolutely love. I hope that you're okay!
