I just woke up from an hour long nap feeling nauseous with chills and a bad head fog. I've been around a lot of people at work that had it, and I didn't wash my hands as much, but I made sure to not touch my face. I took some Emetrol and going to take some Dramamine in a bit. My stomach just made a small noise, I've heard people say that it's a good sign that your stomach is making noise and means you don't have it?

honestly, napping sometimes makes me feel really yucky when I wake up. Sometimes I'm good but sometimes I wake up with that gross feeling. Helps me usually to just wait it out, get out for some fresh air, drink some cold water. Anything to help me wake up and get out of the foggy feeling. Feel better! Keep us posted.
