Default Kissing someone who is better for a few days after V*

Hi so I was wondering if I could get sick from kissing someone who had the sv but has been better for three days now? Is it possible I could get it?

Nope, it doesn't pass through saliva. You'll be fine.

Yes, their poop is still shedding virus, but I doubt you'll be handling that. I'm sure your loved one is fine for kissing and whatever else you may want to do.

Well we already kissed last night and other stuff. So I don't know if I'm already doomed

You're not doomed. It's not in the saliva. Certainly your loved one has brushed their teeth and eaten and drank loads since then. Noro is not like a cold. It is not airborne or passed through saliva. It must be ingested. As long as your lover has been practicing reasonable hygiene (ie he or she washes their hands after using the restroom and takes regular showers), there is no reason to fear. You'll be okay. Enjoy spending time with your lover.

He never gets sick, he always talks about how strong his immune system is, so I'm hoping that he got rid of it quickly..

He probably did. If you are worried, insist that he take a shower before doing anything romantic. Then any leftover germs will be washed away.

I have been overthinking this way too much but there is a detail I left out. Last night at the hotel we stayed at he got a bucket of ice for our drinks. I'm assumming he stuck his hand in there to get ice for his drink. Later on i used ice from the same bucket for my drink...ugh now am i doomed?

Nope. I am sure your boyfriend is a person of reasonable hygiene and washed his hands after he was ill. Most people the first thing they want to do when they feel better is take a nice long shower. Assuming he is like most people, he has long since washed his germs away.
