    Default A Cold and Noro?

Ok, I posted on this a few days ago, but now I'm really starting to question it further. Two of my friends came down with n* or some sort of SV right after having a cold. I have a really bad cold at the moment and I'm so scared about my immune system being overworked to the point where it couldn't fight off a SV, especially as it seems to be going around. What do you think my chances are of contracting SV? I've had the cold for about almost a week now.

Probably about the same if you didn't have a cold. Noro is only passed through ingestion, so as long as you keep up with your handwashing before you eat and after using the restroom, you chances of getting noro are about the same.

Thanks for the reassurance grace! :-) Kinda uncanny that two of my friends got it after colds. Just have to keep in perspective and know that coincidences DO happen!

Yep, they do. Also because they were miserable with colds, they may have been more careless than they normally are with the handwashing. I try to be even more vigilant when I have a cold because not only don't I want sv, I don't want to share my cold/flu either.
