Congratulations! Share with us exactly what happened. What kind of hypnosis and with who? How long did it take? How bad was your emetophobia and have you been teste to see if you truly are cured? I mean, have you been hit with nausea and not freaked out? Details darlin' - DETAILS!!!

I was emetofobic for 4 years. Nausea, panic attacks, depression and everything else what belong to emetophobia - I know. Last Friday I went to hypnoterapist and I came back feel free. She introduced me to hypnosis, next she used the trick that used the soldiers when the war ending and they feel anxious. I'm from Poland but that hipnoterapists are everywhere.

I'm not saying I don't believe it worked for YOU. I mean I'm just skeptical of Hynosis, in general. I don't believe in it. Guess that means it wouldn't work for me

When I start think of anxious something in my mind turns blockade. I have period now and I feel sick time to time but I think in my home is toilet in college are toilets too, so why I would care of it? My subconscious mind protects me. I hope for your better future!
