    Default Testing yourself?

Whenever I get the sv, I'll get really bad cramps if I do anything too physical. Whenever I think I might be sick, I do something physical to make sure I'm not. Yesterday, my stupid teacher came to school sick AND I heard multiple people say that they'd been sick. So I did something physical to test myself. I climbed a mountain. In yoga class, we took the bus to this small mountain near our school. No cramps, but I still feel unsure. Does anyone else do things to "test themselves"?

If I can burp, I'm not really n*.
If I feel dizzy, I close my eyes and stand on one foot. If I can do that, then I know it's anxiety and not actual physical dizziness.

    Stuff like that?

I always seem to get stomach spasms and gas and nausea after eating almost anything. I suspect it may be some sort of food intolerance, but sometimes when I'm unsure, I'd check if I feel any gas or if I can see my stomach contracting inwards. This isn't a very good test, as sometimes I've thought I had something (maybe a norovirus) that would put me at risk of being sick, but then I never was sick. I also sometimes check for a fever and swollen lymph nodes if I get really anxious. Normally with this suspected food tolerance I have, I feel a lot better when I'm hungry and my stomach is empty. I sometimes have to wait until I'm empty to see if I feel better. I can't remember a time when this hasn't made me feel better, probably because I haven't had the norovirus in at least 3 years.

I know somethings not right if I don't want Whittakers White Choc, although, like Sum1 I have to be sure I am not just ' satiated'. Often, if I haven't been busy, or if I'm sad or panicy I can be not hungry for days so, like other methods, it isn't an exact science!
