Worried again

This is gonna sound so silly, but i had my make up done today by a lady working on a make up counter and she had a cold and i saw her blow her nose and she touched my face after she blew her nose, and i'm soo worried she's had the flu and i'm gonna catch it. I'm also worried that she could of had noro a couple of days ago and she was really close to me as she was doing my make up, and i'm just so scared i'll catch something from her
I'm like that with every person i get close to, it always goes through my head 'have they been ill? 'am i gonna catch something from them'

Just need reassurance x

Chances are good if she had the flu she wouldn't feel well enough at all to go to work If she did have the flu, she more than likely would not be throwing up from it. I know the thought process...everything I touch, I freak out and think someone who had norovirus contaminated the surface (see my retainer post...). Worst case scenario, you'll catch a cold from her. I bet she just has allergies...has it warmed up recently in your area?

Even if she did have noro a few days ago, from what I've read, you can't catch it from her just by being near her. If she had it and she is well again, you can only catch it if she didn't wash her hands after pooping.

I'd say you are in the clear, nothing to worry about! Take a multivitamin or some airborne if you're concerned about catching a cold, but I don't think noro needs to be on y

For whatever reason, it's much easier to give reassurance to someone else than it is to give it to yourself!

I'm not too bothered about catching a cold i just don't want to catch the flu, but i kind of freaked out when she blew her nose then touched my face but there weren't no sinks or soap near by (there wouldn't anyway not in the middle of a shop)
Yeah it has warmed up a little not alot though, but hopefully it should warm up more the next few weeks, just want winter to be over

Yeah it is, i can never reassure myself, always need reassurance from another person!
