It's mt 2 year anniversary, and I am a little nervous about tonight. My husband and I are planning on going to dinner and a movie, and I am a little nervous about dinner. My hubby told me to pick the restaurant, but I'm not sure where to go. I haven't been doing very well lately, so I am scared to eat out at all. I just had lunch (I brought a cheese sandwich from home). I ate it and then I started worrying about if the sandwich I pulled out of the refrigerator at work was really the sandwich I brought in. It was in the same fridge, same shelf, etc. as the one I put in this morning, but now I am worrying that maybe I grabbbed the wrong one. I worry about this kind of stuff all the time now. I'm really scared to try eating out. I don't want to let my hubby down though, he is really understanding but it is our anniversary and he wants to make it special. So now I am worrying about the sandwich and worrying about where to go to dinner. Sorry to ramble, just hoped getting it off my chest would make me feel better.

Happy Anniversary! Please try not to worry and have a good time. At least you get to pick the restaurant--maybe you can choose something that is pretty easy on your stomach. Hope you have a nice time tonight!

PS-What did you get your hubby for the anniversary? Mine is in December and I'm already trying to think of ideas. Men can be so hard to buy for.

Happy Anniversary! I'm sure the sandwich you pulled from the fridge was yours, especially if it was int he same place. I do that second guessing thing too and it will drive you nuts. In any event, like Jess said your pick so pick a place your'e comfortable w/ and order something you feel safe w/. You don't have to eat alot if you don't want to, but you may get hungry as you eat. Enjoy your anniversary!

They are horrible to buy for! We are kind of tight on money, so we set the limit pretty low. What I bought wasn't exactly romantic or anything - he plays computer games and there was a new game that came out that he really wanted. It's kind of opposite of what you should get for an anniversary - it will make us spend less time together than before, but oh well. It's the only thing I could think of! He needs to enjoy his free time now. He REALLY wants a baby now that we took his 4 year old brother to Disneyland. We will probably start trying in the next month or so, but there isn't really anything stopping it from happening sooner.

I'm trying to decide where to go still.I love Italian food, but it usually doesn't do too well with my IBS. I'm having a really tough time deciding - any suggestions on good "safe" food (I can figure out which restaurant serves it)?
