Okay, so I joined the softball team. I have conditioning 5 days a week for 2 weeks. We do A LOT of training. Today I did about 5 laps around the second floor of my school, I ran up two flights of stairs about 20 times, I lifted a bunch of weights, did sit ups, squats, etc. I thought I was going to V, because you know how people sometimes V when they run a lot. Does anybody know how to prevent it?
