For the past few weeks I've been having these really weird feeling cramps in my stomach. It feels like I have to have a bm but whenever I go to the bathroom, nothing happens. It feels completely different than constipation, though, I don't exactly know how to describe it. And I don't really know enough about IBS to compare my symptoms to...
