So basically all week starting on Tuesday I think, I'd been having n*. I took Zantac and it seemed to help a bit. To be honest though I couldn't tell if it was anxiety or not, I can't tell a lot of the time.
On Thursday I was having cramps in my lower stomach, and had loose stools a couple of times throughout the day, but I still had an appetite.
I was debating not eating dinner, but I did, and afterwards got cramps again but it was just gas. Since Thursday I haven't had any n* feelings.
I think the loose stools on Thursday were due to the junk food I ate on Wednesday afternoon. Sometimes junk food upsets my stomach.
Yesterday, I ate more junk food and today am having some lower stomach issues but normal stools.
Does this sound to you all like an issue with the junk food, or another issue?
I'm just looking for some opinions.
