Default TMI but I need reassurance..

So I felt kinda queasy when I woke up this morning, ate a bowl of cereal and still felt crappy. I went #2 twice, both somewhat loose. I went to the store and while I was out I got really hungry and felt better.. went home and ate a bagel/cream cheese, some yogurt and applesauce, and a piece of pita bread with red pepper hummus. It was pretty delicious.. but I just had loose stool again and my stomach is kind of cramping. I can't tell if it's hunger or not because it's not what it usually is. I'm supposed to go to my boyfriends later once the ice clears off the roads and stay over but I am terrified I'm going to get sick over there. Are these loose stools any indication of a sickness?? I just need to set my mind at ease

Also I may have felt queasy because I binged on cookies right before I went to sleep

I said my response in the chat Truthfully do think it was the red meat you mentioned. Can wreck havoc on your belly if you aren't used to it. My belly isn't used to really red meat so I ask for my steaks medium well! :P I hope you feel better lady! xo
