How much does anti-emetics cost?

My gastric doctor was going to prescribe me sublingual antiemetics after I talked to him about me ODing on promethazizne when nauseated but my health insurance doesn't pay for it.

He prescribed me 30, 8mg Zofran under the tongue (sublingual) and 30 Metaproclamide sublingual tabs.

He gave me both to see if my Health insurance would cover any of them but they don't.

I need them cause I'm gaining weight quickly from the Remeron.
I can't exercise cause it is a trigger for my IBS. I was going to exercise and take one if I got nauseated. Promethazine isn't working much anymore.

I'm also afraid to change my diet cause I got ill last time I changed diets.



So how much does Anti-Emetics cost in your state? Would sublingual cost more?

Oh. Zofran costs 5$ per pill on my health plan. (thats allot when you have no income and am applying for supplemental security income)
