Guys i feel like i have a cold or something coming,and just wondered if anyone can tell us what to take to make the cold come out quicker so that by Mon i won't feel so bad.....I am starting a course on Mon its a 13 day intensive course and very long hours...so feeling a little anxious about it...but today i have woken feeling really heavy in my sinuses,sneezed a good few times and aching a little but can't work out if thats because i have been working out at the gym a few times this week and of course studying with my head down in a book....but i was just wondering, so that on Mon i don't feel so blocked and stuffy is there anything that i can take to relieve the heaviness and try to feel a little brighter for Mon,as the last thing i need is a muggy head....sometimes i do feel like i have a cold when I'm stressed but on wed i took a lady for her induction around the gym and she mentioned she had a cold....and of course she was breathing around me,why do people still feel the need to go to the gym while feeling that way,its not healthy for others or themselves....Anyway I'm getting worried as i need to bewell for this course....it's to become a personal/fitness trainer and of course need to work out while i'm there aswell as study....please help guys....why does this have to happen to me now,couldn't it have waited a few weeks till its over....
would be grateful of some advise
