    Default Has anyone taken Celebrex

I have some Celebrex tablets for my painful herniated disc. Celebrex is an non-steroid anti-inflammatory drug(NSAID). These type of medicines are known to be harsh on your stomach. The side effects are:

Gastrointestinal (GI) side effects have included nausea (3.5% to 9.09%), upper abdominal pain (7.32% to 10.4%), dyspepsia (2.8% to 8.8%), abdominal pain (1.3% to 8.5%), vomiting (less than or equal to 7.3%), diarrhea (4.9% to 10.5%), gastroesophageal reflux (4.7%), and flatulence (2.2%).

The percentage being how experience that. So around 7% of people that take this will vomit. I really want to take this medicine to see if it works and makes my pain more manageable, but anytime I see a side-effect that is hard on the stomach, as an emet my heart starts pounding just holding the pill in my hand.

Has anyone had any experience with Celebrex?

Hi! I take Celebrex every day for about two months now. I have never gotten nauseous from it but it does aggravate my acid reflux.
Keep my heart light, maintain internal heights.

I have taken Celebrex, as well. I had an injury over the summer and took it for over a month. I alternated with Ibuprofen 800. I think it did upset my stomach a little, but it could as easily have been nerves, as I was expecting it to upset my stomach, you know? No v*, though, at all, or anything close.
