Am I dreaming or is it really happening and wakes me up?

I'm not sure whether its happening in my dream and is so vivid it wakes me up. Or if its really happening and wakes me up. I'm not sure hoe to describe it other than like dry heaving bit without the gag. Its freaking me out and now I'm scared to get out of bed or do anything else that I have to do today. I've had real n* for the past couple weeks. Its possible that I could be pregnant but when I took the test Wednesday it was negative. I'm so scared I'm shaking. My dpctor refuses to prescribe me any Ativan or anything else like that for anxiety anymore. Whats a girl to do?

I also have those dreams. I hate them because I wake up with my heart racing and everything. Sometimes it is do to N* and other times its from when I am lying with my head weird so it makes me choke and gag. You will be okay. I have had this happen for years off and on and I have never gotten sick from it.

Thanks for the reply! I took some phenergan amd went back to sleep. Felt like a new woman when I got up. Haha

Yup you should be good! Also if your pregnant, I will be honest the morning sickness is not bad. Its a good thing. I have one baby and another on the way. You just have to look at it (even tho it can be hard at times) as a good thing and exciting! How far along do you think you are if you are pregnant? Morning sickness means that your producing enough hormones to prevent a miscarriage. And by the second trimester your feeling great! Unless your in my case and have to get shots every week. But I had a premie and thats why they are giving me shots. I am assuming this would be your first?

If I am it would be about a little over 5 weeks. I have an appointment with my OB/GYN tomorrow for my annual so I will be asking about it then! It would be my first and more than likely my last. Haha. I have polycystic ovarian syndrome, endometriosis, and a heart condition. I would be extremely high risk. I live in Oklahoma and there are only like 3 high risk docs here!
