well done for managing to control the panic attacks! thats a great achievement! keep it up. I'm slowly gaining control over them too! I have also had bad IBS symptoms and have been worse than normal for the past 3 or 4 weeks. I become anxious when the symptoms flare up and avoid eating when I feel nauseous. However, try eating little but often just so that you're not going hungry which can make you feel more nauseous and drink fluids (but not too much) because dehydration can also make nausea worse.
