Default Abdominal cramps and pain for 24 hours

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what this might be? Over the past 24 hours I have tried motilium and buscopan but neither has helped. I have had one loose BM which was very urgent last night and have lost my appetite completely although have been keeping my strength up by eating small and bland foods.

When I ate this afternoon, I had to go for a BM pretty much straight after.
the pain is really getting to me and I have to go back to Uni tomorrow and I want this to go so much. It's better when I'm sitting or curled up and when I stand/am walking it is a lot more painful.

any help on what this could be and how I can relieve this would be greatly appreciated!

I get this a lot around my period. Usually a hot bath helps a lot! And of course mint chewing gum
