Question about how it spreads..

So my son has it, I posted about it in the private help and support section. I am mess over here. I am currently bleach cleaning.. but am wondering about things he touched last night (he v*d this morning during breakfast for the first time). I can't stop bleaching things, but I am overwhelmed by the amount of things he might have come in contact with last night. I know it suppose to only spread from v and d ... but what if had the germs on him somewhere before was showing symptoms? Or should I really only be worrying about things he came in contact with since the v incident?

I do the same thing when my kids get it. I wash everything just to be safe. If you've washed his clothes from yesterday and anything he handled a lot I think you're fine. If it makes you feel better, I've driven myself crazy wondering if something he handled before I knew he was ill would spread it to the rest of the family and it never has. Try to tell yourself that you have this under control. ALL of the germs have been bleached or washed in the washing machine, it will be over soon!

My son was at school today with 2 kids who had *it* over the weekend, I'm a nervous wreck right there with you!

The good news for you is that this is it! Once you get through it you should be clear for the season - YAY!

I do the same thing too with the cleaning. Try to tell your self it's unpleasant but not harmful in any way. It cannot harm you.
