Thumbs up Need to share! *not too graphic*

    Hi Guys,

So its really no big deal, maybe its becasue of the uber good mood I am in, but we just had a very minor incident happen in the waiting room. We had a man cough up/vomit a little and he missed his bag...only once I think it happened...I really didn't hear anything (just a couple of yucky coughs), but apparently one of those had stuff.

Well the lady who accompanied the couple said he had thrown up a little and it is on the floor...my girls saw my little head pop out of my office and thought it was the funniest thing....since its staff professionals day, they bought me a plant and a balloon. One of my girls said that she saw my head pop up above the baloon like it was filled with helium too haha...

I couldn't see anything on the floor (unless you walked up to it which I didn't) so I didn't freak that much. I kinda skipped away to the front going "ew ew!"

I'm not the least bit panicked...thats good. The moral of my story today is while all my emet days and encounters may not all be this way and anxiety free, today was a triumph for me because I didn't freak about it! Not even sure why it happened. Hooray!!!

That's awesome! Good for you! I am certain situations will happen more and more that you are able to overcome and you'll become less and less anxious. That's so great.

Update: The man also started spitting again into his bag on the way out...I feel so bad for him. I guess he can't keep anything down or swallow because of esophegeal cancer ...so sad!

That's really sad and a good reminder of just how bad some people have it. Our fear is truly ridiculous in light of things like cancer.

I know...I didn't even know what was wrong. I asked the doctor what the matter was. I heard the doctor tell one of the girls to call to send him to the hospital to be admitted. The doctor said he couldn't keep anything down, so I figured that could be anything. He didn't look "pale" just had his little icky bag.
