I have just had a phone call from The Maudsley in Londonand i finally start CBT therapy next friday YAY![img]smileys/smilies_01.gif[/img]


I'm not feeling nervous (yet) just a tremendous sense of relief as i've been on the waiting list for about 6 months(so much for being an urgent case eh!) I know its going to be tough going (had a few private sessions previously, so i know what to expect) but i am ready for it, i don't want this phobiahanging overme any longer, i want to start enjoying all the things i feel ive missed out on because i've let it get the better of me.


So i'm gonna take a deep breath and try my hardest to let the therapist help me as much as possible, wish me luck guys and if anyone has any advice on CBT and how it was for them please let me know!
