Okay so I'm ALWAYS terrified of FP! Also of SV*, but since that season is over, FV* is my main concern.

I made a fruit salad this morning & ate it around 11am.. I was super sanitary about it (as always) by cleaning the plastic cutting board thoroughly, washing the fruit, but I can't help worrying that I missed something or didn't clean well enough! My fear is worst because of all the different fruits involved - the more produce, the more potential for FP*

It was strawberries, watermelon, blueberries, an orange, and grapes all inside a hollowed out watermelon rind. It was really cute!

However, I just had a little d* very suddenly when I got out of work at 5 and that made me panic a little. I'm supposed to go out to dinner in about an hour or hour and a half. I'm afraid of getting FP*, but I'm 10 x more scared of it hitting me in a restaurant! What should I do??
