I'm a really bad eater due to this phobia. I've been sticking to carbs and pre-packaged food for a while. I just ate an avocado and didn't really notice until I was almost done, but it was kind of gritty, like sand between my teeth? I'm not sure if this is normal, I haven't had REAL food in forever. Any thoughts?
