Default feel bad all the time

ever since last year when i ate some cured meat late at night and then woke up the next morning with v* i've been absolutely petrified of getting any kind of SV* in case i v* again
and because i'm so scared (like i've had panic attacks before when i thought i was going to v*) i manage to convince myself that every little twinge means i'm nauseous and i'm going to v*, and that if i accidentally eat something with my hands when i haven't washed them that i'm going to get an SV* (i'm usually very strict about washing my hands before touching something that i'm going to eat, but at school it's almost impossible to do that)
this has led to me feeling nauseous all the time, and i'm always scared that i'm going to v*

but today is worse, because yesterday i was at school and my friend was offering me some skittles in my revision session, so i was taking them without being able to wash my hands because a) i felt rude refusing them and b) who can refuse skittles?!

but i also had a bottle of mountain dew energy drink and some pepsi max earlier, which both contain quite a lot of caffeine and i've always been sensitive to caffeine, even a little bit can make me nauseous, but i had the mountain dew at about 1pm and it's now 9pm (the nausea started about 1 and a half-two hours ago) and i had the pepsi max probably about 3 hours ago, so could it still be that that's causing it?

so anyway, i'm 90% sure that i'm just making myself feel nauseous and that it's all in my head, because i do that literally all the time, or it might be something to do with the caffeine, but i was wondering if anyone could kind of reassure me or something? i know it sounds stupid and attention seeking, but usually when someone reassures me that i'll genuinely be fine then i start to feel better (another reason i think it's psychosomatic)

If caffeine makes you nauseous it's probably the caffeine doing that to you. Also psychosomatic symptoms are the worst! Just try to relax, I know it's hard. Sip some cold water if you can. Feel better xx
