I really think this helps me and this is the point of curing emet isnt it to expose ourselves?
dont some therapists work on exposure stuff?
think i should try some not graphic yt vids, i cope fine with no anxiety on some those.

I do fine watching those milk challenge ones and stuff like ,cinnamon challenge etc.
Also...has anyone cured their own emet by making themselves v*? I know this isnt reccomended but what if you feel able to?

Then after a couple of watches, I really do find them funny. Having watched videos like that I think now I could be a little more relaxed if someone around me v*ed, so I do think it helps.
