Am I hungry? Ugh weird feeling!

I ate a lot today at a friends wedding and also had 3 glasses of wine... My boyfriend and i went out for a late night snack to jimmy johns and an hour later im hungry again? It feels like hunger pains but i dont know and its making me very nervous. I really dont want to take a klonopin bc i already did last night bc of my anxiety. I cant possibly be hungry bc of the amount of food I ate today! So what is this feeling? I hate being so scared of stomach aches and over reacting to them. Im so sick of it!!!!! Advice please

Couple hours later and one klonopin... I have heart burn and im so so so scared its going to make me V*... Its giving me a lot of anxiety! I know so many of u told me that heartburn does not lead to being sick but my mind doesnt want to believe that. All of the "what ifs" are playing in my head i wish my mind could just relax and go to sleep without the fear of being sick!!!! So frustrating!

Can't say for sure, but the pain you're describing sounds like ulcer or gastritis pain. I've given myself gastritis by taking too many ibuprofens, and that's exactly what it feels like--a burning, gnawing sensation sometimes with audible rumbling. Eating seems to help, but it comes right back after a couple hours.

Maybe try some bland foods or antacids to see if that helps? Doesn't sound like food poisoning or stomach virus based on the symptoms you describe.
