    Default Freaking out big time!

    Hi guys,
I have a history of constipation, but for the last week or so I've been having almost daily BMs. I haven't changed anything in my diet or exercise routine, but I did have a type of therapy called bowen therapy which promotes detoxing of the system as well as other things right before this change happened. Anyway the last few times after wiping I've noticed a brown mucus discharge on the TP. And now I'm scared and panicked that it's something really bad.

Doesn't sound like a huge deal since there is naturally mucus in our intestines. Get it checked by a doctor anyway if it continues & to get a peace of mind. As long as there isn't tons of blood or dark tarry stools you should be okay!

Thanks, I think it's just worrying me because there doesn't seem to be anything to attribute the sudden change too. It's a reaction without an obvious cause so to speak. I have an appointment with my doctor later this week for an unrelated matter, so I'll speak to her about it then.
