Please help... I'm scared will i throw up?

I just got back from a camping trip and all there was to eat was a bunch of slim jims. I had like 15-20 mini slim jims which is 5 servings, some mac and cheese and beefaroni. I've been having gas pains for a couple hours but now i'm starting to feel mild to moderate nausea and I'm so scared and I'm freaking out please help what should I do?

Ahhh. I feel that way after eating a lot of junk food. Don't worry! It will pass. Scary for a bit, I know. Just sip some water for now.

smoothie mint tums help me when i feel like that. sipping water helps as well. sometimes when i get nauseous my anxiety goes through the roof. walking it off is pretty helpful! it'll pass.
