Anxiety overload

My sister in law is here with 6 kids around my 4 month old. I just freaked out because one of them had their fingers in my baby's mouth. I took baby and pit him in his crib. Now I'm panicking about what might have been on their hands. I almos want to make them leave but I don't wanna be rude. Please help me find some peace of mind

You can make them leave without being rude. Just tell you're really tired (yawn alot..) and you really should be sleeping when baby sleeps. Im sure she would understand.
