I like to think of myself as a semi-cured emetophobic. When difficult times arise, I get nervous. For instance today my boyfriend woke up nauseous. After an hour of feeling ill, he vomited a few times. It's been at least three hours since then, and now he has the chills. I feel so bad for him.

We had chicken wings last night - he had regular and I had boneless. I had one of his to try the sauce. When I woke up I had pretty bad diarrhea just once, and thought it was from just eating spicy food. But now I'm wondering if his wings were bad.

What else can I do for him? Right now he's covered up with a cool sheet, a fan on him, some pepto bismol in his stomach, and sipping water. If he does have a virus I definitely will catch it. I've been in constant contact with him and we only have one bathroom. I'm trying not to freak out though.
