The Emet Recovery System

Hello Everyone! Has anyone tried out the Emet Recovery System DVDs? I am willing to do anything for my Emet! Its really ruining my life, giving me more Fear than ever, along with having fears of being alone and moving on my own! I know I am 22 years of age already, but I really feel like I am not ready to move out on my own, I know I have my fiance and my 2 year old son, but Its not the same since my man works 24/7 and me being afraid of doing anything because I do not want to get my Anxiety Attacks. I was just wondering if anyone felt any improvement with this websites Recovery DVD's for EMET...
I have been through lots of Medications and therapy's, nothing has done the trick and Its getting time where I have to be on my own, so I have to take control of my Phobias and Overcome them.. Please help anyone..

Personally, I don't really trust the ERS system that is advertised on this site, for various reasons, but if you think it's what's going to help you, go for it, give it a go.

I'm sorry that medication and cbt therapy has not helped you. I have found it very useful. I have not tried the recovery system. I just talked to my regular therapist about it and that has worked for me. I hope you get relief soon.

Thank you Kaydee, I will see if it does work. I am sort of skeptical as well, but hey, what do I have to lose? taking any chances that will help me, I will take them. Hopefully its not a scam or any un useful treatment. Thanks

Hello Grace, Well im still waiting for my approval for my new therapist to kick in, and once that is ok, I will talk to her about CBT, I have not yet done that, but I have just did regular therapy sessions when we just talk about my issues. Thank you for that insight, I need to get some sort of relief for me because I feel like Im alone with all this, and that no one else understands the way I feel. Too bad no one is from Southern California, It would be nice to grab coffee and chat with someone who understands you all the way. Thank you again Grace!
