Exclamation University back in session... Help!

I start up my classes next week again, I've managed to do a year and a half of classes completely online, but this semester I've run out of classes required available online and have to do 3 on campus. I'm having so much anxiety about this! My first year I had several classes on campus and I did okay, caught one cold in the hallways before class because of sick jerks breathing and coughing into the masses... I just get so anxious being around so many germ ridden people! I also have such anxiety about having to walk too far to class and being away from my car in case I get n* or sick and have to leave. I want to be able to jump in my car and leave if I have to! I hate feeling like an escape route is too far away, if I'm going to get sick or freak out I want to be alone in my car asap! My one class is on the 4th floor of the Allied Health building and idk where I can park within a half mile. please give me reassurance I can do this and everything will be okay! Thank you!

You're going to do just fine! I had Anatomy and College Algebra this semester that kept mebon campus 4 days a week. Last semester I was on campus 1 day a week. Last fall I was thete 3 days a week. Worst thing I caught was strep but I get thst every year regardless of where I am. Haha. Just keep your hamds clean amd away from your face. You can also take vitamin c amd grape seed extract. Good luck with your classes!

    Hello
Well I have started a new job and that requires me working in school library's.
I just try to remember that most illnesses are caught mainly from not washing your hands before eating etc.
Take a immune system supplement, I have grape seed extract and so far no illness!
And maybe keep some pepto bismol tablets, might make you feel safer!
I don't think there's much to worry about, just wash your hands and don't touch your face without washing and you should be okay!

    Take care

Thanks ladies! It's reassuring to know that you haven't caught anything, and it's true that the thing we are most afraid of catching we can avoid by keeping our hands clean and away from our faces...

I work in the library at my college and I attend school. Fall semester just started up yesterday and as usual there is SO many people here. I always worry about germs (I never did before Winter 2012-2013, the flu season was so bad and now I'm germaphobic) but despite the horrible season last year, the worst thing I caught was a cold. I get about 3 colds a year, which happens no matter what school I attend, haha. I did get noro in 2011 but I caught it from my mom, not from school. Working with the public and being around them constantly is scary, but stay strong and wash your hands!
