    Default Help!!!!!

    Posted a little bit earlier but Ive just woke up & jumped outta bed thinking Im about to v*. Omg I feel so terrible. Got a wet cloth on back of my neck, Ive taken anti-emetics a couple of hours ago & a mild tranquiliser yet nothing seems to be touching it. Now im panicking & its making it even worse. Help........

    Try to calm down. If you're going to vomit, worrying about it won't do any good. Don't take any more anti-emetics (S=two or more?). Watch a movie, play a game, read a book, do something that distracts you.

    Thanks Ana. Im trying to calm down but its easier said than done. Its been such a long long time since Ive v* I honestly dont know how I react.

    Thank you. Im so tired but thanks to the panic I cant rest so looks like Im going to be awake all night too.

    Ended up going back to sleep & when the alarm woke me I still felt 'off'. Couple of hours later my period started ( a few days early) so that was a lot to do with it. Well that & a spicy meal Id eaten for my evening meal. It did scare me though so thanks for your replies. Its always nice to know someone can offer reassurance when my normally rational mind has a meltdown
