Hi Everyone! I hope all is well. I haven't posted in many months due to therapy but today I'm having a really hard time. I accidentally ate a little container of apple sauce that had been opened for a day maybe longer and it was left unrefrigerated (I didn't know it was open, but there was a crack in the container probably from me dropping it at some point). What are the chances this will make me sick? Everything I've read says you have to refrigerate it once it's opened...so I'm really freaking out. Please help if you can. Thank you!
