Default Feeling fairly n* and panicky :(

So, my dad's very unwell; he was v* all night long last night and he told me he's feeling better today but still a bit sicky. I don't live with my dad, however, I am supposed to be going to visit him on Tuesday or Wednesday like I do every week. I am scared and feeling oh so very anxious and n* and I just need some reassurance and some advice. I CONSTANTLY wash my hands before and after everything I do. Literally everything. Sometimes I can't use soap though if I'm at a friends' house and they don't have any which worries me sometimes but its better than not washing them at all, right?
Anyways, I'm worried about my dad and I'm worried about catching this thing :/ any replies will be much appreciated

Do you know why he was so sick? Does he have an underlying health issue that could be the cause or does he think he ate something bad. If you feel theres a risk it was a sv* & you'd feel safer not eating the lasagne then dont eat it. Make up some excuse if itll put your mind at ease. Also does your dad know about your phobia?

Well, he was out on Friday night and he must've drank alcohol so I have no idea :/ he told me he had a fever and was v* a lot on Saturday evening/night. It could be either a virus or alcohol poisoning or his hangover from the night before; it could've been anything! :/ I didn't eat the lasagne because he only made it yesterday morning (the morning after the night of v*) so, I have no idea but I'm so nervous about going to visit him tomorrow which is Tuesday. He has a very poor diet and does tend to drink a fair bit of alcohol during the week and weekend also. So, his immune system isn't too great. He's aware of my phobia but ignores it sometimes because he thinks its silly I guess :/

I've been home from my dad's house for about 5-10 minutes now. I kept as much distance as I could, as did my brother. I didn't use the toilet, I washed my hands twice at the kitchen sink and dried them with paper towels. I didn't touch my face either and held my breath when my dad coughed near me. Are my chances of catching this thing low or what? :/ he got ill on Saturday night and was ill until Sunday morning so it was over 48 hours since his symptoms had passed. He mentioned eating some dodgy fish on Friday afternoon and he reckons it was that but you can't be sure with these things
