Major stomach cramps, help help help! :(

I'm having horribly painful stomach cramps every like, 10 minutes or so. I'm currently on my period as well and I'm nervous about seeing my dad today because he had a sv* on Saturday. Could it be nerves? Or my period? Or both?

Where in your stomach are the cramps located?

If you are are on your period there is a huge chance it's period induced. Even if they are not actual period cramps, it could be gas. I get awful gas while on my period some months. But if they are in the lower region I'd say probably just period cramps.

It was like, normal stomach cramps like when you have to go for a number 2 but they were horribly painful! I didn't feel n* at all but I kept going hot. I put it down to me being on my period because I do sometimes get terrible pain and have to go to the bathroom alot but I got extra worried today.
