Hollandaise sauce?
So I'm on vacation in Orlando and ate egg Benedict this morning at a cafe, I only just realised that hollandaise sauce has partially raw egg yolk in it! I'm scared incase I get salmonella
and my poached eggs were runny too. I know in the UK eggs are generally safe... What about the US?
