Just Paranoia

We went out yesterday to barnes and noble then to Costco. After Costco shopping we went to the food court and got hot dogs. Came home and my little one ate and I totally spaced washing his hands and he was on and touching everything. I'm extra nervous because having his birthday party this Sunday. I'm always scared something will happen when I make plans because it has in the past. So nothing major. I'm just really paranoid.

Sorry to bug. Just seems as the day goes on the more paranoid I get. I keep watching my son like he's a little time bomb. He's been pretty lethargic today which makes me extra nervous. Although yesterday he woke up extra early and didnt get a nap. He fell asleep around 8 then woke up at 9 and just laid around till 12 and fell asleep again. He woke up today around 10:30. He is a kid who tends to take naps but I'm so nervous something is wrong. I can't stop the thoughts and they are driving me crazy.

Thanks. I'm still really on edge. Took the kids to Quiznos and he's eating a little. Mostly chips but I just can't control this anxiety.

And thanks for the happy birthday. It's actually a really late party because my husband had to work longer. His birthday was on the 9th. So he just turned 3.

It's just so rough being emet and having little ones who don't really know better. And if your not on top of things they definately won't be since they don't understand.
