    Exclamation Really need some advice/reassurance

I am so confused as to why I feel like this ! This morning I felt fine when I woke up, had a coffee went to work, got there about 10 and literally as soon as I sat down I got this wave of n* I suddenly went all hot and sweaty and dizzy and had to go and stand outside! I thought at first I'd just rushed getting up and to work so maybe I'd over done it! but i felt n* for about 20 mins then took some anti emetics ! The ones I had on me were cyclizine which made me really drowsy .. After a while (a glass of water and mint later) the n* settled. It came back about 11.30 and I really panicked thinking I was coming down with an sv*, I went all pale, so took another of my anti emetics ! Then by lunch time (1pm) my tummy felt a lil empty so I tried some crackers, I was fine for about half an hour, then it came back, and it's been like this all day, coming in waves, then I'm ok for a bit, then it comes back ! I'm not pregnant, period isn't due until end of next week, not particularly anxious (other than when the n* strikes), not eaten anything that could have upset me and so far I've not had v* or d* .... What could be causing this ? And do you think if I've been feeling this way for 13 hours now that I could still v*? It's 11pm here and I want to sleep but scared to in case I wake in the night with it !
Advice and reassurance would be gratefully appreciated

Sounds like anxiety to me but then again I could always be wrong. You have been handling it quite well. I do often get symptoms of my period before it arrives and I mean like a week or more before it starts.

I hope you are feeling better

I've had days like that, and I can usually attribute it to IBS.

I have days like you're describing too. I agree with daffodil -- IBS sounds like the problem. You should be back to feeling normal within the next day after the combination of foods you had has time to go through and finish digesting. I really hate days like that though!!! It's scary and frustrating not knowing for sure.
