Positive I am about to get sick and need support
HELP!! I've been sick with a non vomit flu, more bloating and discomfort, for hours, with a headache, but now the nausea is here and I am doomed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey, I was up all night with D. really bad. Now today I feel nausea and I feel like I could easily vomit but my natural reaction as an emet is to supress it at all costs. Its so frustrating because I know its just normal. Youre not alone.... try not to panic and worry too much!
